We believe in a faff-free recruitment process, which is why we stick to 4 simple steps for every hire:
1. Phone screening
A member of the team will have an informal chat with you about the role, and your interest in working with us
2. Technical test
For some roles we’ll provide a brief task to give you the opportunity to demonstrate your skills, and make sure the role is right for you
3. Interview
At our office or via video call, you’ll meet with senior team members and discuss the role, and your experience, in more depth
4. Welcome to the team!
